"My insurance rates nearly doubled from a quoted rate and the office charged me for the doubled rate without updating me. After the charge went through when i asked for a justification, the justifications behind the rate hike were factually inaccurate, and I confirmed as much with the DC local government. Then, worst of all, I called them to cancel my insurance and they ignored the request, opting instead to increase my rates again and send me another bill. Never use this team, unless you'd like to be price gouged and never allowed to leave. I'm probably never using State Farm again after these last few months"
